Due to popular demand the third annual Savour event is now being held in the Emerald Ballroom, lobby level of The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler!
Savour brings you an irresistible selection of locally-inspired lounge favorites including our coveted Poutine Bar, Specialty Sliders, Truffle Mac n’ Cheese, and more. These comforting culinary delights are perfectly paired with local craft beer, wine and spirit samplings throughout the Emerald Ballroom. Savour will prime your palate for an energizing night of Cornucopia events.  Recipient of Where Magazine’s Top Ten New Restaurants in Canada Award, Grill & Vine offers locally-inspired dining sure to delight every palate. Executive Chef Bradley Cumming, born and raised in Vancouver, BC, is passionate about using fresh, regionally-sourced ingredients. Savour is presented in partnership with FireRock Lounge, the perfect place to kick back and relax with a great cocktail, craft beer, and a delicious plate of appies.
