Held in the intimate and breath-taking setting of a Whistler mansion, you are invited to a multi-course extravaganza, prepared carefully by Ensemble’s executive chef and owner Dale MacKay and crew and paired with delicious local wines. An experience not to be missed!
For this luncheon, Sommelier & General Manager Kevin Van Hullebush, has paired all four courses with a selection of hand-crafted wines from some of the brightest producers and family-owned wineries on the West Coast. From British Columbia down to Napa Valley, Hullebush will take you on a journey showcasing the typicity of each varietal and their respective terroirs.
