An important rule of food and wine-pairing is asking “where is it from”? Wines and food that originate from the same region are usually extremely compatible, and we have created an event that celebrates that mutual coexistence and complementary experience. Sample wines paired with delectable canapés designed to be harmonious and try wines from different regions to experience the flexibility and variety that wine can have.
