Aura, the newest addition to Whistlers culinary scene, is proud to present their first Cornucopia dinner on November 10th, 2011.  Featuring the cuisine of Executive chef Tim Cuff CCC and restaurant chef Owen Foster Aura is proud to welcome three wineries from Washington State to California. Join us for a road trip down the West Coast as we present select wines from great vintages paired with a six course dinner featuring the best British Columbia has to offer.  Sheridan Vineyards out of Washington State, Anderson’s Conn Valley from Napa Valley, and Sineann in Oregon are on hand to provide the perfect pairings to our fall and winter themed dishes. On hand will be Van Potts from the acclaimed Conn Valley Winery and Chef “Big” John Caudill from Sheridan Vineyards as well as Peter and Elizabeth Crews from New World Wine Imports.
