Quattro – Quattro At Whistler is the third outpost of the Quattro family of restaurants. This mountain location serves up contemporary Italian cuisine with a special focus on service and their extensive wine list.

La Bocca – Our charming dining room offers a Mediterranean setting in which to relax and unwind, with many private sections suitable for groups small and large. Our sought-after heated patio is open year round and offers a great chance to be a part of the village atmosphere, with incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

Nita Lake Lodge, Aura – Aura works closely with local producers to ensure organic freshness for its sophisticated, European-style comfort foods. Led by Executive Chef Tim Cuff and Restaurant Chef Owen Foster, Aura brings you the best of the west.

Ensemble – Ensemble is a contemporary French restaurant in downtown Vancouver. Specializing in shared plate dining, a welcoming bar and energetic professional service. Top Chef Candidate Dale Mackay heads up his culinary team that will deliver an amazing dining experience.

Wildwood Pacific Bistro - Locally inspired cuisine – a restaurant “owned by locals for locals”. A winning combination of great food, great value, and bistro ambience will be offered to the gateway visitors of the Coast Mountains.

Elements – Elements is located in the Summit Lodge & Spa in Whistler, BC offering locally inspired tapas, infused martinis and boutique wines. Fun, casual, eclectic and innovative describes both the food and the atmosphere. With just 38 seats, every table has a view of the open kitchen where Chef Erin Stone and her team prepare dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Erin Stone is originally from New Zealand where she developed an early appreciation for fresh, local ingredients growing up on her parent’s farm. Erin’s love of the outdoors and her interest in Whistler’s amazing food culture brought her to Whistler where she creates recipes using a wide variety of local, seasonal ingredients. Elements is voted Whistler’s Best Tapas year after year by the locals.

CRU -  Cru is a popular wine bar style restaurant with great “small plates” and a stellar three-course Prix Fixe menu. An award-winning, yet user friendly innovative wine program features over 35 wines by the glass.
