As a long-time independent consultant, he continues to provide education & training for top restaurants throughout British Columbia and is currently the Sales Director for the Wine & Spirits importer, the Seacove Group. He is an accredited Spanish Wine Educator, Sherry Wine Educator & Certified Specialist of Spirits.
