A classically trained chef who led Team Canada to a top-10 finish at the 2013 edition of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or culinary competition in Lyon, France, Chen won the national 2018 Canadian Culinary Championship crown this past February and recently was named Chef of the Year by Vancouver Magazine, while Boulevard was also singled out as Best Seafood and Best Upscale at the magazine’s prestigious Restaurant Awards.
