Drink Seminar: Chardcore
Presenter: Christine Campbell
The Chardonnay grape is, in some ways, a blank canvas on which winemakers work. Chardonnay is easily influenced by terroir and winemaking choices, so it's not surprising that Chards from across BC express such a range of colours, aromas, and flavours in the glass. Christine Campbell of Girls Go Grape, self-proclaimed "Chardcore" groupie, leads this guided tasting focused on the regional differences among BC-grown and made Chardonnays, including wines from the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys as well as Lillooet.
