Drink Seminar: Craft Gin: Ready for Its Closeup
Presenter: Josh Moore
Remember those high school classes that ended with a quiz? This seminar will be nothing like that. In fact, you'll be thrilled to be "tested" on what you've learned with a blind tasting of the 6 gins that will be featured in this session. Josh Moore of Brickworks Hospitality Group will provide a short history of gin and how it's made, as well as speaking to the unique character of the gin industry in Canada. The seminar will conclude with a blind tasting of 6 handcrafted gins, first served neat & followed with a tonic pairing. Guests will see if they can identify them based on what they've learned. It's okay to fail, but important to try again if you do.
