Ken Beattie, Executive Director of the BC Craft Brewers Guild, leads this seminar devoted to exploring the endless flavour and texture combinations possible with beer and cheese pairings. Thanks to the transformative magic of the fermentation process, beer and cheese range from light and fresh to deeply funky, and while the typical approach is to pair like with like, sometimes opposites attract in unexpected ways. Guests will sample 6 craft beers paired with Canadian cheeses.
