At Barn Nork, our goal is to bring you a unique and authentic experience of Thai Cuisine as we interpret it. Prepared with integrity and with the highest quality ingredients we can possibly get our hands on. We use local products from businesses and farms just minutes and miles away from our restaurant. Supporting our local community is a big priority for us!!!!
Ma Hor (a small bite to start)
Minced chicken relish on fresh pineapple - Sweet, salty & just a little bit of spice
Chor Muang - Blue flower steamed chicken dumpling (1pc)
Thong Thoong - Deep fried golden pocket filled w/ pork & prawn (2pc)
Yum Ma Keua - Grilled eggplant salad w/prawn, shallot, green onion, chili lime dressing
Tom Kha Gai - Coconut Soup w/ chicken thigh, mushroom, Thai herbs, galangal oil
4th Course - Shared dishes served together
Hor Mok Talay - Steamed curried seafood custard in banana leaf (white fish, prawn, scallop, crab meat).
Massaman Nue - Beef Massaman curry, roasted Pemberton potatoes & carrots w/cucumber relish
Pad Moo Krob - Stir fried Brussel sprout, crispy pork belly, oyster sauce, fresh red chilis
Banana/Pumpkin Cake – served warm w/ coconut ice cream
