Call for Event Proposals for Cornucopia’s Fall Celebration
Cornucopia Returns November 7 – 17, 2024
Recognized as one of British Columbia’s premier food and drink festivals, Cornucopia continues to attract a wide audience with its diverse and engaging events. Our research indicates that restaurant events play a significant role in driving festival attendance and enhancing overall satisfaction. We are now seeking your event proposals to contribute to this year’s lineup!
Important Information
- Cornucopia Event Fee: There is a 10% fee on all third-party events. Please ensure that this amount is added on top of your ticket price. This fee contributes to event administration, marketing, and communications.
- Ticket Service Fee: A 6.5% ticket service fee, as per our ticketing provider’s contract, will be added at checkout and paid by guests.
- Event Submission Deadline: All event details must be submitted by September 27. The schedule for restaurant events will be announced on October 1. We’ve extended the deadline this year to accommodate restaurants as best as possible.
- Priority: Proposals are given on priority of event date and time on a first come, first served basis so as not to overload specific dates with too many events. In this case, Cornucopia may suggest an alternate date.
- Communication to Attendees: Based on attendee feedback, we will clearly communicate that restaurant and bar events will be added to the schedule simultaneously on October 1 to avoid the issue of staggered launches.
