Chef Bruce Worden is now a Whistler local, and brings 20+ years to the area with his focus drawing from the “shiny” local products plated as nature intended; simply. Classically trained; Hailing from the Wine and Fruit belt of Ontario, Bruce has developed a whimsical approach using combinations of flavour that excite the palate and engage the mind. Bruce joined Crowsfoot in 2016 and continues to inspire people’s drive to get creative in the kitchen and think outside the box of traditional culinary culture.
