Once a bright eyed philosophy student, Perdy graduated from the University of Liverpool and hopped straight on a plane to the Swiss alps. A love of skiing and the mountains has since taken Perdy across 3 continents in 5 years, finally immigrating to Canada in 2017.
Following a desire to learn more about wine, Perdy first dove into the industry working for a wine merchant on the cobbled streets of Cambridge, sitting her WSET level 2 & 3 in quick succession. Perdy has spent the last few years in Whistler honing her sommelier skills in fine dining restaurants, completing her Court of Masters Introductory & Certified in 2019.
When she is not working, Perdy likes to take advantage of all the great outdoors British Columbia has to offer; backcountry skiing in the winter and summiting mountains in the summer.
