Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s Executive Chef Vincent Stufano and Jordon Sturdy, owner of the North Arm Farm, take you on a food adventure north of Whistler – about 25 minutes – to the pastoral farming community of Pemberton. Spectacular mountains surround the very lush valley of organic goodness in Pemberton. Visit the Sturdy North Arm Farm, discuss the topics of harvesting fresh produce and then step into their county kitchen for some healthy home-style cooking and a delicious meal.
*Transport to and from Whistler Conference Centre provided. Please meet in the Whistler Conference Centre Valley Foyer at 9am.
